Reservation
Please kindly read these terms and conditions carefully. By booking online or signing our booking form when making a reservation over the phone or by email, you are deemed to have read and accepted our Booking Conditions, and you are accepting the terms of these conditions on behalf of all persons in your party.
These terms and conditions constitute an agreement with the Merchant. By entering the site and submitting the deposit or full payment, you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check them regularly in case there are any updates.
Continuing to use the site after a change has been made constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
1. Rates: All rates are quoted in United States Dollars (USD).
2. Reservation / Payment
A deposit of 50% of the total booking cost is required to secure and confirm your reservation. Any additional services requested after this payment will be settled on the check-in date, either in cash or by card directly with our cruises. For card payments, a 3% surcharge will be applied for bank service fees.
3. Refund of Unused Services
No refunds or exchanges will be made for accommodation, meals, sightseeing fees, transportation, or any other services included in the tour price but not utilized by the tour member.
4. Cancellation Charges
4.1: There will be no refunds or exchanges for any unused services, no-shows, cancellations, or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals, and accommodations.
The 3% service fee will be charged as a transaction fee and is strictly non-refundable.
4.2: Cancellation by Customers
All cancellations must be made in writing and sent to us via fax or email. No cancellation fee will be applied if you cancel more than 7 days before the arrival date.
Cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the total amount.
4.3: Cancellation Due to Bad Weather
If the cruise is canceled due to bad weather on the check-in date, 100% of the payment will be refunded to the guest.
If a 3-night trip is shortened to 2 nights, the guest will be charged the 3 days / 2 nights rate, plus any other services used. The remaining balance will be refunded.
If a 2-night trip is shortened to 1 night, the guest will be charged the 2 days / 1 night rate, plus any other services used. The remaining balance will be refunded.
The final cost will be confirmed by our Sales Department via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for urgent assistance. We are always here to support you to the best of our ability.
5. Confirmation
All bookings are generally confirmed by return fax or email within 48 hours.
6. Passenger Information
Clients are required to submit full passenger details at least 24 hours before the check-in date, including: Full name, Date of birth, Gender, Nationality, Passport number, and Contact number.
7. Wifi and TV Signal
Wifi and TV signals may be poor or unstable due to the cruise’s distance from the mainland. We kindly ask for your understanding.
8. Children Policy
Children under 4 years old: Free of charge (limited to one child).
Children aged 5 to 11: 75% of the adult price, sharing a room with parents.
Children from 12 years old: Charged at the same rate as adults.
Maximum occupancy: 02 adults + 01 children under 12 years old per room, or 03 adults per room (extra charge applies for an extra bed as per contract).
