Each dish showcased fresh local ingredients and traditional Vietnamese flavors. “My favorite was the fragrant basa fish wrapped in leaves. The ‘dancing shrimp’ on hot stones was also interesting and perfectly cooked. These were all simple dishes, but all reached restaurant quality”, she said.
“My experience this time was beyond my expectations. From the outdoor activities to the great services of Viet Sails made me feel like I was completely relaxed and immersed in nature. I can’t wait to come back and visit Bai Tu Long Bay, as well as choose to travel on Viet Sails Cruise again.”
